"We went out of our way to accommodate this senior citizen with a detailed estimate.
Each subcontractor gave him a detailed separate estimate.
We even broke work down room by room.
Customer claimed he could not find our emails so I sent them again.
Wanted us to discount the job 35 percent and told him we could not.
The he got revengeful."
