Poor communication. Hired for one thing and suddenly there are men in my garden doing something completely different -- stepping on plants and toppling garden ornaments. Upshot is I had to completely redo mulching and garden maintenance that I was hoping to have help with -- all because the young fellow in charge didn't check with me. Not okay.
