Fairly good dealer, but not leaving leftover scraps for future accidents was strange

Big change from years ago when quality and standing by product existed. Now, the owner did not stand by carpet that was purchased based on buyer’s description of having a young family and one dog. Spotted in many areas and pulled on steps in less than two months. Other carpet purchased many years ago, same kind of family- kids and pets still looks great 20 tears later. Not the same store today.

I worked directly with Bob the owner, who came highly recommended by a colleague and his family. Bob was very knowledgeable, responsive and scheduled me very quickly for installation. The installation crew was first class and extremely helpful on site. I love my hardwood floors! Thank you Bob & Carousel, happy to support a stellar hometown business.
