We used this agency for a month as my father’s health declined significantly. Starting with them was easy and fast. The intake people we spoke with were great; they covered everything we needed to know and the interaction with them was positive. They were able to schedule the intake visit within a few days of my contact, and 24/7 services started within a day of our decision to move forward. My father had a few regular care givers and others that rotated through, which seemed reasonable given how quickly we started full-time services. The style of the caregivers was mixed. Some were very friendly and quiet and went out of their way to be helpful. Others were very talkative and loud, others were a bit bossy. All were competent. I believe we could have stopped seeing any caregiver that we didn’t click with, but we never needed to try that. It was pretty easy to get in touch with the nurse and scheduler as I needed to, and the on-line family portal was a helpful reference. I would use them again, or recommend them to others.
