I hired Harry & Sons for a small job making some repairs to my siding. They made clear at the time of the estimate that there was no warranty associated with the work, so I was putting a lot of trust in them to at least do the work that they said they were going to do. Unfortunately, the laborers they sent out to do the work on the day had only the estimator's rather confusingly written instructions to go by, and they initially did work on entirely the wrong part of the house. To Harry & Sons' credit, they came back out to re-inspect the work and make it right, but these kinds of miscommunications shouldn't be happening in the first place.

Crew came a day ahead of appointment time, said they were told to come, then they left. Returned next day. No one on the crew understood English. My numerous requests to speak with a foreman were ignored. I was told by the Office that someone would come , but no one came. We had a downpour which clogged the drain causing the water to rise , which began to come in the basement. If I had not been on site the basement would have flooded.
