We called Mr. Weinstein when our refrigerator started making a loud noise and was not cooling well. He came to our home, quickly diagnosed and took care of the problem, and told us what we could do to prevent it happening again. He was very cordial. We would definitely use him again.

My refrigerator was so old, the original replacement part was not available. Mr. Weinstein obtained another part, made changes to the refrigerator, and made it work. He is an older man who has done this for a long time, and knows his stuff! (I know folks will say I should have bought a new refrigerator but I don't like the new ones as much as my old one.)

Mr. Weinstein is a gem, not just for the quality of his work but for his knowledge, efficiency and integrity. Our 16-year old GE Profile refrigerator stopped cooling. He answered the phone immediately, asked many specific questions and spent a long time walking me through some diagnostics to try to save us a service call. When these didn’t work, he outlined several possible causes and cautioned that our unit could be beyond repair. We decided to proceed, and he came out the same day, found the problem and replaced a component he had brought along. His dedication to customers seems a rarity nowadays.
