I contacted GAL in late August to schedule a landscape refresh for September. After multiple unreturned calls and delays, a Representative scheduled an appointment and came by. As we walked my yard, he made no recommendations and honestly didn't seem interested in the work. He presented me with a contract which needed to be signed to schedule the work. I signed the contract (my mistake !) and never saw or heard from him again. I called in October and the Representative told me that the “scheduler” had not scheduled the work yet. I called again in November and received the same reply. I didn’t want the yard refreshed in December so I cancelled the contract. He wasted my time and his. I’m sure this small business has been impacted like others. Ultimately, I found another company to do the work in early November for half the price. I cant recommend Great American Landscapes.
