Took my car in for a factory recall service. While there, mechanic performed an inspection then recommended service based on his findings. Since I was waiting for the service to be completed, this unrequested inspection meant I was waiting for an extra 30 minutes. Mechanic recommended an alignment but did not explain why.

But ... they noted many scratches, dents, and damages that did not exist and sent me a list by email indicating that I had seen this report (I had not seen it) and using my electronic signature as proof (??). Otherwise, this place seems to do a good job, but I do not appreciate the deceit.
