GML recently completed a major conversion of a long narrow laundry room into two rooms. Prior to launching this project, we considered 5 contractors. GML stood out as the most responsive and cost effective. Moises was open to answering numerous questions and emerged as an excellent partner in this project. He and his crew, Jonathan and Isaac, clearly LISTENED to what we requested and often found creative solutions to unexpected requests or findings. The project entailed creation of a new bathroom with shower and the second room involved renovating space for a laundry room. They had to break concrete flooring to install new plumbing for shower, toilet and sink; framed the new room which included covering open ceiling and creating a wall over cinder block including insulation and they installed new lighting. They skillfully installed a ceramic patterned tile floor, corner shower, toilet, pedestal sink, and medicine cabinet. In the laundry room they framed the room, covered the ceiling, installed new lighting, created new plumbing for the washer and a new vent for the dryer and installed a stainless steel laundry sink. They skillfully installed ceramic floor tile. For the entire project they had to rewire electrical components. Throughout the five week project, they were consistently timely in accomplishing the tasks for each phase. They were diligent in protecting the adjacent space from dust and damage. Daily they cleaned up so thoroughly that you hardly realized they were there. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive to any additional requests. When an adjustment or change was needed, for example in the placement of the medicine cabinet, they made the necessary changes without any issue. So one suggestion is to verify the placement of fixtures to avoid any rework. We highly recommend this company and are proud that they accepted our project and worked closely with us to create 2 lovely spaces from a previously large and unappealing laundry room.
