Although our previous experience with Joe Saladino tile was very positive, the more recent experience was extremely disappointing. Poor communication with the installers - one of whom was very rude and presumptious (e.g., using my personal bathroom instead of the guest bathroom to which I had directed the installers) - some sloppy work (mismatched threshhold, grout that is already coming out). Whereas I would once have recommended them wholeheartedly, I am now equally enthusiastic in my recommendation that this company be avoided.

Joe and his team are well priced and very professional. I highly recommend. We were repairing and replacing the floor of our master shower. The floor had a leak, and water was slowly making its way into the ceiling below and causing discoloration and drips. We were looking for a company that could both remove the old floor, repair any damage, and reinstall so it didn't happen again. Joe's team recommended using the Schulter waterproof system. This system replaces the "mud" that most installers use to create a sloped space for a rubber membrane. After looking at the Schulter website and reviews, I realized this was a superior solution to the old method. Joe's team was very professional, and explained the work every step of the way. Our shower is now finished, and it looks great, and I'm positive this will be much more waterproof than the original installation. Highly recommend.
