I was fortunate indeed to have contacted Triad to consult about solutions for my damp basement--I found them through this Consumers' Checkbook. Mike DeGirolamo came to my home and did a really thorough assessment and explained what his thoughts were about the root problems I needed to address. He prepared a detailed proposal, started work on time, completed the work on time, cleaned up beautifully, and basically did 100% of what he promised +++ My basement is dry, dry, dry. In fact, I upgraded the type of remodel I wanted to do subsequent to the waterproofing because I have so much faith that Triad did a spectacular job. The work has increased not only our enjoyment in our home, but also the value of our home. Everybody who came out to work is employed by Triad (including the plumber), and it was clear that they have good job quality. Even the guys who were doing the really strenuous and dusty work of jackhammering around my entire foundation remained pleasant throughout--and it would certainly have been understandable if they had not been. They had the kind of camaraderie that makes having this type of invasive work done in your home much less upsetting than it could be. We've had a LOT of rain in the 6 months since the work was done, and I no longer even think about checking the basement. I recommend Triad 100%.

Triad did a solid work in every aspect of installing a sump pump. The owner, Mike, knows the business and explained the process and what to expect. It went exactly as he said. The workers did a great job, They were pleasant and efficient. Three month in and several downpours later including 4 inches the other day and not a drop of water in the basement. Triad is not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for. When I brought up potential issues (that ended up not being issues) after the installation Mike's response was, "we will make it right." I completely believe they would have if necessary and highly recommend Triad.
