Had a bad experience when our Acura developed transmission problems. Service staff was not customer focused. Poor communication throughout the process. Frequent "he's not here -I'll have him call you" cases with no follow up. Very frustrating. I will say they provided a loaner which was terrific since they have my car about 1 month.
