Brought in a car for a recall related to a seatbelt tensioner and when I got the it back discovered that the seatbelt clasp or head (may not be correct technical terms) was disassembled had not been secured back to the seatbelt. I was easily able to fix it myself, but it was quite an oversight on their part. But the more egregious oversight was when I mentioned that I suspected a brake problem, as it seemed that the rotor on one side was scored (easy to check without any disassembly, visually and by running your finger over the rotor surface-it's either smooth or not-in this case not) they mentioned that it was fine-but obviously didn't check, it's a very basic, quick assessment-I then took it to a trusted independent mechanic and the rotor was indeed scored and a caliper frozen up! Also when booking a service on their website, they don't seem to have prices-my initial reason for bringing it in was for the recall, but figured I might as well get the oil changed as well while the car was there, but prices for a simple, routine oil change aren't disclosed until you speak with a service advisor, no big deal, but it's difficult to book a service online with no pricing or transparency.

Recommended because I have a Ford and they know the car. However, the prices have gone up and I think they sometimes do unnecessary services.
