The person doing the chimney inspection did a good job and explained problems to me. However, I was supposed to get a final inspection report and a bid for the repair work within a week. I never received one, and they never responded to my emails or phone calls asking for the final report and a bid for the work. So, inspection was good, but essentially worthless since I have to hire someone else to do the same work to get a bid.
