Took three tries to get the storm door installed correctly by third-party vendor.

Simple door project (Masonite entry door & storm door). Contract signed July 2025. Paid August 2025. Still no doors. Masonite door damaged. Ordered over & over again. Fifth install appointment last week. Still damaged. (All damages pointed out to me by installer.). What happened to Lowes. Did our kitchen & two similar door projects years ago. No one cares. Impossible to reach via phone. Beyond. Absurd.

I had to goad to get them to make the replacement fit. I had To provide power tools and supplies to get the job done half-right.
