Hmm- I had a service contract for my generator for which I paid in advance. When I called for service, I received no reply. I kept trying- ultimately I was told they had had a big calling for new generators and were backed up. So lets see I paid them in advance for preferential service but was told they were too busy with new customers. I cancelled and was told I would get a refund- never received one.

Replaced a chandelier that I had purchased online. Communicated well during the visit and did a perfect job.
