My experience with JW has varied greatly over the years, which makes it difficult to provide standard ratings. Until a couple years ago, they were great and I always hired them when I needed work. But since then, the written offers have been less comprehensive than the oral promises and on the past two occasions they failed to complete the job as promised. The first time that happened I wrote it off as a simple mistake. The second time it happened, which was a bigger job, when I complained they acknowledged that they hadn't completed the job and schedule a return visit to finish the job. I knew I'd be out of the country then, but the job didn't require entry to the house and I trusted them to do it right. Instead, after the worker was at the house and set up to do the job, they contacted me and said it wasn't included and I'd have to pay more to get it done. I refused and won't hire them again. I'd say they'll probably do a good job of whatever they do, but make sure you get all promises IN WRITING in the job offer - don't take anything on trust. Finally, I have to acknowledge that the attack on immigrants led by Satan's emissary on earth has doubtlessly make it more difficult for them to find competent reliable employees.
