We hired Tile Center to gut our 50s/60s-era bathroom and to install high quality materials that would be attractive, functional, and would accommodate us as we got older (grab bars/shower seat). While we had an idea of what we wanted, we were overwhelmed by the available choices. The manager, Frank Merrikh, carefully listened to our goals and design preferences and provided a manageable list of ideas based on those. Throughout this stage, he kept in regular contact with us on his sourcing of the materials. The demolition/installation process went smoothly and continuously. The workers were polite, efficient, and very competent. They kept the work and surrounding areas clean. Frank oversaw the project and stopped by nearly every day. He also kept us informed of the work to be done the following day and beyond. Any items I found that needed to be corrected were addressed within a day or so, sometimes by Frank. Once the project was done, Frank gave me the cleaning products he recommended, treated/sealed some of the items himself, and explained the maintenance schedules. The project took about 5 weeks, which we expected, and it came in within budget. We did have some overages but those were owing to unanticipated electrical and plumbing work necessary to pass inspection. We were very pleased and expect to hire them to renovate our other bathroom.

We did a major remodel to our Master Bath. Tile center was very helpful in selecting all items to be used. Our old shower did not use all the available space. The design increased the size of the shower. The job was completed on schedule and looks great. The cost was the lowest of the three estimates that we got.
