Arthur was very thorough, and was clearly committed to doing a good job. Our main areas of concern were the concrete decking around our pool, some slate walkways and the landing at the top of the stairs to our deck. Arther took care of all of these, and cleaned a number of other things along the way. Our plastic outdoor furniture hasn't looked this clean in years! We would definitely use him again.

Responsive to request for estimate, then was able to do the work within a few days. This was not a simple job. There were multiple materials to be washed (flagstone, concrete, brick) with multiple problems to be washed (algae/mold, various stains, all kinds of dirty) and obstacles to be moved and washed (concrete planters, metal furniture). They were very careful with all of the above, experts at knowing just how much pressure was needed and just what soaps and chemicals were needed. Nothing was chipped or broken (as happened previously with college kids), everything was put back into its place, and the space is clean, tidy, organized. This is a hard-working, knowledgeable, professional company.
