We met with Joe Rasul at the Tile Center and discussed what we wanted done. He came out to our house and made measurements and recommendations. We had a grab bar and a new shower head with an adjustable bar installed in the shower. We also had glass doors installed, a new toilet, vanity, counter, sink, mirror, and medicine cabinet. Several people with different specialties came to do the different aspects of the work. Jim, the carpenter, and Alex, the plumber, were very good. Throughout the work Joe came regularly to check on the progress and make sure everything was completed as we wanted. We were very pleased and will use them in the future anytime we need other projects done.

I dealt with Farzin "Frank" Merrikh, a manager. He was absolutely terrific. Punctual, professional, a pleasure to be around. And he did great work re-grouting the tile in my shower and then re-caulking several days later after the grout was dry. All for a very reasonable price. I could not be happier.
