We first brought our cat to LFAH almost a year ago and saw an adjunct vet whom we had no further contact with. Then we we assigned a "permanent vet" who gave us counter-productive advice regarding our overweight cat's diet, failed to respond thoroughly to inquiries, and then abruptly left the practice. Now we've been assigned to a third vet who has refused to respond to our inquiries at all. I've had enough.

The animal hospital is highly rated by customers. I found them to be as excellent as all the ratings I reviewed. Dr. Strom is awesome and the entire staff very friendly, professional and competent. They offer an array of diagnostic testing on site, thus eliminating the need to wait for results or being referred to vet facilities with diagnostic imaging .
