WH Boyer installed a paver driveway. The WH Boyer representative spent no time at all addressing the relative advantages and disadvantages of the different paver finishes or manufacturers. The Eagle Bay pavers that were installed showed significant variability in moisture retention affecting their appearance. Eagle Bay claimed that the variation in appearance was a “naturel (sic) occurrence“ and that the pavers equaled or exceeded specifications and did not honor their lifetime warranty.
