I have worked with Alvaro before in 2019 - he came by because the grout on the slate front steps was not holding up from a prior job he did, he regrouted everything promptly. He also washed and sealed the porch and front walkway including the grout as well as put caulking in the joint between the house and he back porch. You need to give him in writing exactly what you want done and the agreed upon price, which means you need to research ahead of time and get other quotes. He is very meticulous, prompt and finished the job.

The project started well but ended very badly. Mr. Alvaro claims to be bonded and insured but refused provide any proof or documentation, which I came to regret. Some initial work was acceptable, but other work was sloppy and did not satisfy either building code standards or the job he agreed to do. I must hire another contractor to repair and complete the work he was supposed to do. He left my property in shambles.
