Performed repairs on the engine that failed 10 days later. The cost of the repair was excessive considering after the failure the shop blame-shifted. Our only recollection was that we were told the diagnosed repair and the cost. We paid. Then, 10 days later when the engine no longer functioned properly, the shop manager (who seemed experienced in double talk) had the nerve to say, "oh I see your car was low on oil when you brought it in eight months earlier." Then, they wanted us to turn the title over to them supposedly to junk the vehicle. Very shady.

I have only used them 4 or 5 times so it is a small sample size but so far I am very impressed with Bill and his team. Quality work done on time and on budget. If you’re looking for an honest shop that does good work you may want to check them out.
