Very friendly, professional, trustworthy. Pretty much all the time they can handle whatever issue I bring in with my Subaru but they tell me when going to a dealer is a better bet.

I trust the staff at Carlos Auto Service to advise me and to give comprehensive honest information about the car's needs. At times I have had to wait for a part to arrive which explains a delay in completion.

Performed repairs on the engine that failed 10 days later. The cost of the repair was excessive considering after the failure the shop blame-shifted. Our only recollection was that we were told the diagnosed repair and the cost. We paid. Then, 10 days later when the engine no longer functioned properly, the shop manager (who seemed experienced in double talk) had the nerve to say, "oh I see your car was low on oil when you brought it in eight months earlier." Then, they wanted us to turn the title over to them supposedly to junk the vehicle. Very shady.
