Bought the 2003 car in 2007 with 81K miles; Thanks to Precise -which has cared for it since our purchase- it now has 231K miles.

I'm writing this review because this place used to be just great and the quality has declined over the last few years. I've been going here about six years and it seems like about three years ago, when the manager of the Kensington shop went to Gaithersburg, the place went downhill. The people that work there are very nice and they make every effort to give you reasonable prices, but I recently spent $900 on a new exhaust system and getting the emergency brake repaired and when I brought my vehicle home, the emergency brake still won't stay in place and I am hearing some new grinding sounds. I made an appointment to bring the vehicle in and was promised a loaner and the loaner hadn't been returned so I had to reschedule. On a very busy day for me, this had taken an extra hour for me in the morning and it was a pain. As I say, the people there are nice and I believe the owner is very capable and honest, but I don't know that he can be as hands-on as he used to be. I hate to give a less than stellar review to a business, but I really feel as though this shop has slipped and I don't think I will be going back after we get these issues resolved. I hope the owner, Phil, can get things back on track.
