Working with Mike Rogers and Jack Smith was great. They did four doors for me, three entrance doors, two of these with storm doors, and a fire rated garage entry door. All were Pro Vila doors They first did my front door then a year later, I had them do the other three doors so yes, I am a return customer and that is primarily due to the customer service and there willingness to stand behind their work. While I cannot say the installation went without a hitch, these guys promptly handled the necessary rework and did not invoice the work until the repairs were done.

Very professional with excellent installation. Gary, came out twice to review options, take measurements and create the quote with pictures of both the main and storm door and the hardware as they would look when installed. The 4 installers were on time and 2 installed the shutters while 2 others did the doors. Very pleased with the result and the price.
