Failed to keep first scheduled installation date, a 12-4 (cost me a full day of leave. Called the office after 5 and was told the truck broke down in the morning. Second date installation was scheduled and installers complet4ed work, although one door was missing a component they did not have. Indicated the missing piece on the installation completion document, reported same to a follow up call and sent photos to a number Thompson Creek provided. While a small amount was reduced from the final bill (far less than the value of my time), the company has not responded to the missing component report. This review is posted one month after the installation. The two doors installed are of good quality and appearance, the only reason for the recommended rating.
