Carrie Dike has just started our landscaping project (we had to wait to get squeezed in - they've got more requests for business than they can handle - all word of mouth! Which, itself, tells you something) and we couldn't be more pleased. We have a very small yard, which some landscapers would ignore in favor of larger jobs, but Carrie was eager to help us make lovely. She's an artist! With a keen eye for design, shape, color, lines; and a love of plants (she refers to them as "she" and "he"); and above all a concern for the customer's (us!) needs and constraints (will we be able to water frequently? how much tinkering and maintenance do we want? what can we afford?). In addition, we were not expecting such caring and follow-up: since the day of the plantings last week, we've been in almost daily contact through texting, calls, and even a visit on a Sunday morning to check first-hand on the plants and their new "stewards" (us!). She is so nice! So caring, and professional. And so are her workers - friendly, funny, and thoughtful. We can't say enough good about this business - we feel SO lucky to have discovered them. And she has the most charming English accent! We're more than delighted.
