I interviewed and checked the big three (Pella, Andersen, TC, plus Lowes,) and a couple of loal companie.) TC was not only the most accomadating about variations and colors, but also was the most reasonable by quite a bit, especially since I wanted an exterior color change. (Bronze). 50 yr. warranty, no charge for lead paint disposal, etc.

Extremely poor communications with response times extremely slow. In one instance it took over a year to respond to a gutter problem. Estimates were high with high pressure salesmen.
