Terry, Mike, and his team were a pleasure to work with. Compared to other estimators, Terry really took his time in assessing our situation and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process, really putting customer service first and foremost. What other estimators took for granted to be the Return vent turned out to be a non-functioning vent. Our actual return vent was in a completely different room and tiny! Terry didn’t just assume it was the return vent based on the grill like others did (the previous owners did some shoddy work to say the least). He grabbed a receipt and tested the vents out to make sure he knew what he was looking at. He then made a plan to expand our return pipe's diameter and increase the size of the vents/grills for the return since this was putting a lot of pressure on our system. After figuring out what we wanted, Terry also gave us choices between two efficient furnaces, explaining the differences between the two and helping us make an educated decision which led to us getting a higher efficiency furnace at a lower cost than other options. He also lowered our quote without being prompted when he realized our addition didn't factor into the square footage that the HVAC would be covering after looking at our particular vent system and determining that we weren't willing to tear out our dry wall to adjust - all communicated very well throughout. Lastly, we appreciated how he really listened to our needs and helped guide us towards a system that was quieter since the furnace is in the same room as our recording studio. We really appreciated him being so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

Chris Erdle has been honest with us about the maintenance we have needed on the water heater, furnace and air conditioners. Most of our needs have been replacing old systems and the yearly maintenance required to make sure we do not have issues during the depths of summer or winter. Chris is on time and very responsible.
