The advisors are very knowledgeable and professional, repairs usually done right the first time (and if it is not - they usually acknowledge the fault and make rectify things for free). They are kind of expensive - but this is to be expected from the service center, no surprise here.

Recommended services that were not necessary or needed in the future, not immediately. Estimated cost was much higher than I paid for recommended service at another repair shop.

Oil change rebate scam infuriating. Advertise a rebate and it's never received. Service desk attendant very irritating. I go many miles farther to avoid this place.
