My experience in purchasing a vehicle here was OK, about standard. I've had very mixed experiences since then, and using the dealership to service my car. My last interaction was the worst. They charged made over $200 to assess and engine warning error, even tacked on a small charge for the gas they had to use to drive the car around to check it, and yet they told me they couldn't find anything definite! When the code reoccurred, I took it to a neighborhood mechanic, who is very good, they told me exactly what the code indicated, which was some kind of a pinhole leak in the exhaust system. It's clear that they just didn't wanna tell me what the error code was, as this problem was not something they could fix, and they chose to just make money off me and lie about the code being unclear.
