Not Recommended
The contract called for no trim drywall returns around windows and doors. The return areas all cracked and they refuse to fix claiming they said it would be difficult to begin with. Nothing in the contract states that they would not honor their contract and fix the obvious defects. Some cracking spans entire window lengths (greater than 9 feet and is deep). The contract specifically states that "workmanship will be in accordance with Quality Builder Warranty Corp pg 24 Standard 'Any such blemishes that are readily visable from a distance of 6 feet under normal lighting conditions are unacceptable.'"

We can post pictures and send to anyone interested.

We have had to hire another drywall firm to repair and we have filed a complaint with the BBB.
