Not Recommended
Really bothered by performance. Spent time criticizing my portfolio which was being valued for insurance. Kept saying there was "no market for a type of item", which must be code he couldn't sell in his store. Halfway through he and assistant looked at watches, jumped in cars and sped off. After 2-3 months I found out assistant was writing report, not Rogers, totally unacceptable. Final report never sent. Had appraisal done elsewhere.
