Company worked with me to schedule job around other work being done on the home. One problem when the company missed the original scheduled day for the work. Was not a huge deal since the schedule was really to finish the work after another project. Rescheduled for the next day. The person performing the work was diligent and detailed in his approach. It was a large job and probably could have used another person to ease the load. The deck, patio, walkway and side of the house were all cleaned well with several years of dirt and mold removed to restore the appearance.

I have used Superior for several years.It is a local company. I have always had a quick response and excellent service. They clean and stain my deck,as well as power-wash affected areas of my siding. I feel they charge a fair price.

Initially service seemed fine. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that an area needed more cleaning. I telephoned the company about the problem and was told that someone would contact me. As far as I know, no one contacted me.

They were prompt to emails and arriving to perform the job. Employees are professional, efficient and polite. They did an excellent job. My only complaint is the inconsistency and unclear quotes and the actual cost charged. An email estimate was sent for power washing and a separate estimate was sent for painting the deck. Then a follow-up email was sent combining the two with only one of the prices listed. Then when the work was completed and a bill was sent, the charge for the power washing went down, but the painting charge was added back in. I would suggest printing estimates and clarifying cost before scheduling work to be done. Both the cleaning and painting took less time than anticipated.

Superior was quick to provide us an estimate, they quoted us a reasonable price and they scheduled the work soon after we agreed to their services. Their technician, Sam Prince explained the process to us, helped us move a few heavy items away from the house, and did a fine job cleaning the house while protecting the adjacent plants and flower beds. It took a day or so for the mild smell of bleach to dissipate.

Thank you checkbook for recommending this company! We had planned to wash and stain the deck. Superior said the stain looked fine and to only power wash. It's nice to know there are still honest businesses.

The service is outstanding. Estimates are quick to schedule and reasonably priced. The estimate and bill come electronically so easy to confirm job and pay for it. I had paver driveway and aggregate pool surround and patio, as well as stairs to basement to be cleaned. The flat surface was done by a buffing type of machine with soapy water then the man rinsed the dirty from the surface. The job was all day and the worker was polite, hard working and respectful. It is a pleasure to recommend this company and its staff.

They did a great job cleaning my roof, decks, windows, skylights, and house exterior. The crew was very hard-working, flexible, and patient, and Bobby was creative in using bleach to remove stubborn grime/mildew from my decks, which other cleaning services had been unable to do in years past. Bobby also went the extra mile to clean difficult-to-reach cathedral ceilings and picture windows. Superior Pressure Washing was reasonably priced: I got bids from three firms recommended by Consumer Checkbook, and Superior was the lowest.

I've used Superior Pressure Washing twice to wash the siding on my house. He arrived on time and did a thorough job getting muck off the one side of my house that always seems to get dirty. Price seemed fair, although not a steal. Would recommend.

Peter is great about getting a quote to you quickly. After that, it all fell apart. I asked for liability insurance, worker compensation insurance, and references. He said he had insurance, and his website says it, but still I got nothing. He was surprised to be asked about references, but he said he would get some and send to me. I had to call and e-mail several times to get nothing. I still have nothing, including no work performed because of no response to my requests. It's unfortunate because he sounds like a hard worker but he is unresponsive to simple requests.

I used Superior Pressure Washing initially several years ago to clean my two-story dwelling, composite deck, basement steps, front porch, and walkway. Was impressed with their performance and had them back. This time the one-person crew came out in a rainstorm. Did the same excellent work in a reasonable time at a reasonable price.
