We have found TADS to be a reliable and trust-worthy auto repair shop and have used their services for over 20 years and never been disappointed. They can generally fit you in promptly and at your convenience. The staff go out of their way to explain the issues and the options for the repair. They are also good at noting upcoming repairs that will be needed. All staff are highly qualified and know their business and if you wish to speak directly to the mechanic that is easily and promptly arranged. The quality and timeliness of the work is worth going out of your way if needed to use Total Automotive's services.

I recently had my 2007 truck in for an oil change and Lube. They advised me of several other things that needed to be done. This was the second time I had been there and I needed to check when I had last had them attended to. I did so, and called them back. They said they could wait until my next oil change. They were quite expensive, but in line with the prices at my previous shop, several years ago. Good news.
