This is my second time using Carpet and Vacuum Expo. Both times have been wonderful. Steve is helpful without being pushy and made the whole process easy. His installers arrived ontime and were so efficient in removing my old carpet, moving the furniture, installation and putting the furniture back. They completed the job (carpeting entire second floor and two sets of stairs in one day. Highly recommend their work.

I told Steve what I was looking for and he patiently drew out of me more about what I was really looking for. Very rare, in my experience, in any sales room of anything anywhere. He really cares that he sells you what you want! And then when there were unforeseen complications of installing the carpet (folding closet doors which could not be reattached) he saw to it that they were — and at not extra charge! He really does care!!
