Steve went above and beyond great customer service. He sent someone from the warehouse in advance to move the heavy furniture. The install crew moved everything back. The price was very reasonable. We looked at a carpet at another store first, and Steve found something comparable in quality at a much lower price. I highly recommend this store. Larry Silver Spring, MD

These guys are terrific! We discussed the kind of carpeting we needed with Steve, found some appropriate samples and took them home for a few days. After making our selection, we set up a time for installation and were delighted with the quality of the finished product. We recommend this store without hesitation.
