I told Steve what I was looking for and he patiently drew out of me more about what I was really looking for. Very rare, in my experience, in any sales room of anything anywhere. He really cares that he sells you what you want! And then when there were unforeseen complications of installing the carpet (folding closet doors which could not be reattached) he saw to it that they were — and at not extra charge! He really does care!!

Steve went above and beyond great customer service. He sent someone from the warehouse in advance to move the heavy furniture. The install crew moved everything back. The price was very reasonable. We looked at a carpet at another store first, and Steve found something comparable in quality at a much lower price. I highly recommend this store. Larry Silver Spring, MD
