Dan's team responded quickly and he came out to inspect our problem (neighbor's downspouts streamed straight into our yard and external stairwell. He provided a range of options for us and basically gave me an education in drainage! He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Since the large side drain was put in last fall, no issues, but also no major rainfall yet. I will post a new review next summer to state how it's going, but I am pretty satisfied. I can't spend my life bailing out my basement.

Archer Contractors solved our water issues. We have had water in our basement for 30 years. We have tried many "solutions" but this one worked. Dan was great to work with as was Carlos, his foreman. I highly recommend Archer Contractors. They were on time, stayed within budget, were neat, answered my endless questions with patience and did what they promised.

Dan, owner of Archer Contractors, came out quickly, listened to my concerns, thoroughly assessed my problems, and fixed them quickly and expertly. I had a lot of problems around the house: an old foundation leaking into the basement, lack of drains in some places, old drains that didn't work in other places, poor grading that didn't move water away from the house, pooling water, and needed a retaining wall. Dan fixed each of these issues extremely well and to my satisfaction. He, showed dedication and craftsmanship in his work, and so did his employees. I have had no leaks, standing water, or drainage problems since Dan completed the work, and the wall looks great and is holding up the hillside behind it. Dan is a nice guy, very fair and transparent about costs and the work that's needed. He will tell you exactly what you need and won't try to sell you on unnecessary work. He always responded quickly and explained everything clearly. There were no hidden costs, surprises, or delays. I would hire Archer Contractors again and strongly recommend them.
