Chevy Chase Remodeling came out promptly and we discussed the project for a modest interior remodel (~10K). They were friendly and had some helpful ideas and suggestions. I received a quote about a week later. The quote lacked details. Since we talked about a few options I sent an email requesting some clarification. After a couple of emails and phone calls, Steven, who I was working with said he was going on vacation for a couple weeks and would get back to me when he returned. He never did get back to me, and my subsequent emails and phone calls went unanswered. Needless to say I did not use their services.
