Great that there are several veterinarians and long hours, but things can call through the cracks at time. The front desk staff, except for one person, were very pleasant but not dependable with respect to communications. In addition, telling the customer you have a business stamp for a check and then not bothering to fill in anything on the payee line TWICE is concerning.

I love Dr. Geldon, as well as Dr. Fromberg and Dr. Rizol and the entire staff. They are friendly, helpful and extremely compassionate with me and my dog. I know they saved my dogs life by acting quickly and making sure an emergency surgery was performed. They communicate well with each other and with me. I strongly recommend Liberty Falls Vet.
