I bought my 2008 Honda Fit from Herson's brand new. I've found the quality and integrity of service unfailingly superior all these years. I always discuss and they are honest about what is imperative versus what is recommended, whether after market parts are sufficient, etc. And I've never needed a re-do.

Hersons Honda's Service teams have always done a great job, albeit at the expected higher price than local independent shops. My partner prefers to use them because he'd rather pay more to get a quality service that also lets him work remotely while waiting in a large, comfortable customer area with free WIFI, coffee, doughnuts, restrooms, etc. So: Hersons service staff are well trained, polite, helpful, and the repair techs seem to do their work correctly. Prices are not low, but they have done some free work for us by helping us install the finicky wiper blade inserts, checking our headlights and tightening connections, and the odd free oil change with service interval. They're a good dealership service department. We don't feel misled or sold unnecessary services. The Parts department is a separate unit and prices are MFR and service not as fantastic, in my experience. I would source elsewhere. They do of course order Honda parts for you, but they haven't gone out of their way like some of the indies will to find a refurb or source an older part. Check their website for Service and Parts coupons. The % discounts often only cover labor, but it's a help, and they usually have a high-mileage vehicle discount on offer. So far so good - we're nearing 200K miles on the '07.
