Unreliable. I was told the car needed new front rotors, although they had been replaced 10k miles before. Rick said the rotors were "pancake" rotors. I started going to another shop, and 40k miles later the rotors are still serviceable. Rear shocks were replaced. Mechanic left greasy smudges on back bench seat.
