On 2 separate occasions, the dealer's service department recommended very expensive repairs. Bill Snider gave us a careful second opinion which showed that the items were not even defective. Bill and his staff are careful, thoughtful, honest and very knowledgeable and they take the time to diagnose, explain and repair correctly. We cannot praise them enough.
