We had a bathroom gutted and remodeled. I knew I was paying a premium but than was nckeled and dimed at the end. I paid everything because I simply wanted them out of my home. Two years on, I'm finding some of the materials are problematic and believe they don't use first rate materials. For example, one sink has a flaw in the porcelain finish that only showed up later, the handle on the shower has fallen off twice, the mirror's finish was damaged. I had a second bathroom remodeled and found an amazing contractor. I wish I had found them sooner. I'm so sorry I used Kitchen & bath depot.

I called to schedule an estimate on a small carpentry job-installing a railing on a stairway. Steve, the service manager, led me to believe he was scheduling it. He asked for my street address, which I gave him. He then asked for my email address in order to send me a sample contract to see if I wanted to proceed. I protested that he didn't need my street address yet, if he wasn't ready to schedule an estimate. He ignored me. He never sent me a sample contract. I believe it was underhanded to ask for my street address before he was ready to schedule. I can see that they might need my city, to see if it is in their travel area, but asking for the whole address is intrusive.
