I have two different orders of Hunter Douglas duette cordless shades from Rockville Interiors. The installations were done years ago and were fine, but service is a problem now. Hunter Douglas shades are warrantied for life but resellers are allowed to charge for shipping back to Hunter Douglas for repair. I have had that done in the past and the cost was $85-$90 each time which I thought was too much. But I had another one break two weeks ago and took it to them for repair. They told me it would be 3-4 weeks and shipping and handling would be be $235--ridiculous. I took it to another designer and they repaired it onsite for $95 in one week.

Had problems getting good advice, the first time, on window coverings. Owner/manager had to get engaged several times before we had a good, but not great solution. Installers were good and pleasant.
