One positive: This bathroom, kitchen and lighting gallery has a huge selection in their showroom. There's lots to see...it's all displayed well and will impress for sure. And that's where the good news ends. Two negatives: 1. Extremely overpriced. 2. Horrible service. My husband and I walked into the spacious showroom on a Tuesday afternoon. No other customers in the showroom. There is a reception desk facing all visitors immediately upon entering the store. Unless the receptionist is on the phone, you are asked to check in and then a sales associate will be assigned to you to assist you find whatever it is you are looking for. So my husband and I checked in and waited for our sales associate to come out and help us. And we waited and waited. After about 17 minutes later a woman rushed out from the back. I assumed this must be our "sales associate". I overheard the receptionist start to tell the sales associate that we were her next customers but the sales associate cut her off and asked her a brief question which the receptionist answered and then the associate quickly retreated to where she came from. Another 6 minutes or so go by. I decide to wander around to see if I can find this sales associate to let her know we are still waiting...I did find her...sitting at her desk working on her computer with no apparent urgency. I return to the front desk and inform the receptionist that it doesn't appear that the associate is interested in our business and that we'll be taking our business elsewhere. I was so irate with the poor customer "service" that immediately upon arriving at home I did a Yelp review (which is something I rarely do). I quickly received what I now know is an auto-generated response email from the store manager with the usual "we-are-so-sorry-let-me-call-you-to-discuss-further" message. I responded okay and gave him my cell phone #. It took him 6 days to respond back. Needless to say Ferguson's isn't a company I will ever step foot in again!
