I have used this emergency vet before for a cat with an abscess. All was perfect, then Today I took my elderly cat and $200+ later, my review is not good. Couldn't find my earlier account, took forever to get registered. I was the only person there. Vet tech very nice but ....... Veterinarian was a waste of my time and the money. My cat is not showing any sign of improvement. Entire process continues to be a wate of money. Sad for my beloved cat.

This is a 24 hour facility that does mainly emergency care, BUT it also does medical boarding when you are in a situation where your pet needs 24 hour care. I used them in a medical boarding situation and they were outstanding and were able to make major progress with my pet's situation which involved healing after removing a growth from the tail area.

Lost a dog due to what I feel was a rushed diagnosis. Instead of taking time to pursue unusually elevated blood results, was sent home with some meds and a "maybe it could be Lyne disease" diagnosis, instead of a tumor that most likely ruptured (diagnosed the next day by VCA, who took the time to aspirate his abdomen). Although this was a fatal condition, the additional trauma, suffering - and expense - were unnecessary. Would NEVER go back there.
