I actually got my shower refurnished by Herl's. My new shower is beautiful. The problem was that the tech who installed my new shower cracked my PVC piping leading to the shower. This caused water damage - a kitchen light was ruined and of course there was damage to my dry wall. Herl's did reimburse me for the cost to fix the pipe and the kitchen light and sent someone who repaired the drywall and repainted. I am recommending this company but cautioning that these installers are NOT plumbers and are not always proficient in working with PVC piping - especially in "older" houses (my house was 21 years old when this work was done)
