I took my cat there on an urgent basis and then for surgery. Dr.Hoffman seemed very competent and caring. I cannot compare specific costs of individual items but many charges were unbundled and charged for separately, and labs were ordered and charged for that were part of a large bundle without an opportunity for me to decline the ones that I thought were not necessary. So the overall cost was high. The surgery went well.

OSSVH quality and compassionate care for your pets. They truly care about your pet and are thorough in providing care and follow up needed when your pet is ill. their hours accommodate all schedules and their fees are reasonable. They do provide a senior discount on Wednesdays to assist with costs.

They saved the life of my beloved cat, Zöe. Full stop. She was sick with a mysterious ailment and the doctor took time to try to figure out what her ailment was, and work within our budget. Six years later, Zöe is alive, well, and living her best life. Their guidance and advice, along with their willingness to listen to our suggestions, is most appreciated.
