Consumer Comments for DARCARS Toyota of Silver Spring

Consumer from SILVER SPRING, MD

Completely fraudulent assessment when I went in for a simple oil change. I had just had service at another garage for annual needs/replacements. Yet, was told they did an inspection and I needed new brakes, alignment, etc., Clear that they did no assessment at all-- just proceeded to say I needed the service.

Great shops, never been disappointed. Always deliver on time. Would recommend to all eight out of 10.

Consumer from Hyattsville, MD

They have now cheated me twice one for saying my car was run with out oil the other time when the lied about an extra oil change for a dollar. They are liars and I have reported them to the better business bureau.
